Forest Fruit Smoothie

The summer season has officially started, at least for me! To be honest, I'm not a smoothie girl(I prefer cold-pressed juices), but I needed something refreshing that day and from then on, everyday I have a smoothie bowl for breakfast, because it's just so refreshing, thick and icy- everything a girl can ask for in the summer months that follow! So, let's make a smoothie!

ingredients*:

-1 small banana(or half a large banana)

-handful of frozen raspberries

-handful of frozen/ fresh strawberries

-100ml plant-based milk

-1/2 tsp(teaspoon) cinnamon


*serves one

method:

-throw all of the ingredients in a blender and keep on blending until smooth
