Hello beautiful people! Today I'm sharing something very exciting with you all. I've been having this combination for breakfast these past couple of days and I enjoy it so much! I've never combined Smoothies with Overnight Chia Pudding, because since recently, I didn't even like smoothies, but now...I'm having a smoothie every day for breakfast!
Things change, people change and as the years pass, you grow as a person, so don't hesitate to try something you didn't like before and give something a second chance!

In my opinion, this is a great breakfast to have in this summer months(hello summer!) and it's also very easy to make, simple ingredients, very vibrant, colorful and delicious!
I'll be sharing 3 different smoothie ideas that you can enjoy along with your chia pudding, so that you won't be bored and can change things up a bit, now and then!

1. Chia+Green Spinach Smoothie
For this recipe, I've combined my Overnight Chia Pudding and combined that with a deep Green Spinach Smoothie. In the original recipe for the smoothie, I add pineapple as well, but because I don't have pineapple on hand now, I just add a banana, handful or two of spinach and some seeds.

For toppings, you can add some homemade granola, like I did here, maybe some nut butter as well and fresh fruits like banana, strawberries, raspberries etc.

2. Chia+Wild Berries & Spinach Smoothie
For this recipe, I've combined my Overnight Chia Pudding and combined that with a colorful Wild Berries & Spinach Smoothie. This smoothie is rich in antioxidants from the berries, high in fiber and omega-3 from the added seeds and loaded with protein, due to the spinach! It's the perfect day to combine fruits and veggies and get all of the good nutrients in one go, making your breakfast so wholesome!

For toppings, you can add some homemade granola, like I did here, maybe some nut butter as well and fresh fruits like banana, strawberries, raspberries etc.

3. Chia+Simple Strawberry Smoothie
For this recipe, I've combined my Overnight Chia Pudding and combined that with a pretty pink Simple Strawberry Smoothie, that's rich in antioxidants from the berries, high in fiber and omega-3 from the added seeds and the oats, which make the smoothie more creamy and also the oats give the smoothie additional benefits!

To this combination, you can add some homemade granola, fresh strawberries, blueberries or raspberries, maybe some banana coins and don't forget your nut butter for those extra benefits, like protein, fiber and healthy fats!

I hope you liked these ideas that I've shared with you today. I'm sure that you'll love this kind of breakfast, because it's so refreshing and that's perfect when summer's around!
Now, go on and make yourself a little piece of heaven and enjoy every bite!

Don't hesitate to pour this in a bowl, if that's more comfortable for you! I do that every time because I know I'll make a big mess if I eat straight out of the jar! I'm just clumsy 🤷♀️
