I don't know about y'all but I love me some energy bites. I love having them in my fridge and I love snacking on them. The reason why is because they're so simple to make, you won't need many ingredients and they last a lifetime, basically, in the fridge/ freezer.
So, here is one of my favorite recipes: Cacao Orange Energy Bites, that taste like bites of heaven, I mean you won't go wrong with these!

ingredients:
-250g oat flakes/ rolled oats
-18 fresh/ soft dates
-2 tbsp(tablespoon) raw cacao powder(I use an organic one, because it has a much stronger and original taste)
-fresh juice from 2 oranges
-shredded zest from 2 oranges

directions:
place all of the dry ingredients in a blender/ food processor and blend them until they're well mixed
lastly, add the dates, orange juice and orange zest and blend until you end with a sticky mixture that you can form bite-sized balls from
-form the energy bites and leave them in the fridge for about a hour and after that, they'll be ready for you to enjoy
