These Autumn Pumpkin Crackers go really well with sweet spreads, like homemade chocolate spread or natural nut butter like peanut or almond butter! They're very easy to make, super healthy and delicious and they're very easy to take with you on the go to work, school or some place else! If you're anything like me and you like autumn and that feeling of coziness, then these crackers really hit the spot!

ingredients:
120 ml virgin sunflower oil
120 ml plant-based milk
2 tablespoons date syrup/ other liquid sweetener
1/2 package baking powder
50 g dried cranberries
50 g toasted sesame seeds
the mashed "meat" from 2 medium-sized steamed pumpkin slices
450 g flour(I use a mix of white, rye and corn flour)*
*you can use whatever mix of flours you like/tolerate

directions:
-in a big bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients and to them, add the dry ingredients
-mix well
-you should end up with a dough that you can easily form little balls from
form little balls from the dough and on a preheated toaster, add 2-3 balls and toast them for 10 minutes/ or until slightly golden
-this recipe makes about 15 medium-sized crackers

Autumn is one of my favorite seasons and I'm looking forward to eating pumpkin with everything. I like it steamed or baked, with a little bit of homemade GirlAroundTheFood Peanut Butter or a splash of maple syrup. Add to this a warm cup of tea or coffee and...you're good to go!
