This recipe is for all the french fries lovers all across the globe, starting with myself! Since I was a child, I loved potatoes in every form- baked, boiled and fried. I know for sure that for the majority of people, the fried version is the way to go, but because it's not the healthiest options, it's good to modify the way we prepare them, prepare them a bit healthier, but still make them to be as delicious as the original ones and definitely was crispier!

ingredients:
-6 medium potatoes
-3 tbsp(tablespoon) corn flour
-3 tbsp cold-pressed sunflower oil(or any other one)
-1/2 tsp(teaspoon) sea salt
-pinch of pepper
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-pinch of cumin(optional)
method:
-firstly, cut the potatoes in half and them, cut them into thin wedges(make sure that the wedges are the same size)
-place them in a big bowl with cold water and let them sit for 10 minutes
-drain them and place them on a clean kitchen cloth, rubbing the extra water from them
-place them on a baking paper in a baking pan and add the flour, followed by all the spices
-mix all of the dry ingredients well and make sure the flour and spices are evenly distributed
-lastly, add the oil and mix mix mix :)
-bake them at 180 Celsius degrees for 40 minutes

I personally like to enjoy them like that, with a side of vegan mayo(I just recently tried for the first time and I'm really surprised that I like it). I was never a mayo lover but I like to have some kind of sauce to dip my fries in. They go really well as a side with a veggie burger(I haven't tried that yet but, oh, I can only imagine).
