Coconut & Mango Energy Bites

Hello world! This is the first official GirlAroundTheFood recipe and I couldn't be more excited to finally share my love for food with you.
I stumbled upon an idea just a few days ago- I just said to myself "Hey, wouldn't it be nice to make some kind of tropical energy bites, like mango energy bites?". So, that's how I came up with this recipe. I'm always experimenting and making quite a bit of mess in the kitchen- it is what it is.
This bliss balls are insanely delicious, tropical and sweet. They're rich in flavor, especially with the coconut chips- that's the key ingredient here, in my opinion. Also, the mango gives them its exotic taste and the dates...no description needed for them- they're pure gold, people!
These energy balls are very easy to make. It'll take you 10 minutes to get all your ingredients together. All and all, it'll be 20 minutes prepping, including mixing the ingredients and making bite-size balls afterwards.
