Before I say anything else, I'll say this- get ready to be blown away! I don't know about you, but I have such a sweet tooth and baked goods and chocolate are my kryptonite! These Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies are so sweet, yummy, chewy and delicious- and they don't contain any butter or eggs. They're completely vegan-how cool is that?
You'll need only a few basic ingredients that I'm sure you have around in your kitchen. Lemme tell you that these cookies are so worth it and I know you won't regret every single bite of them!

ingredients:
3/4 cup (120 ml) melted refined coconut oil
1 cup + 2 tablespoons(130 g) dark/light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup (35 ml) plant based milk
1+1/2 cups(150 g) all-purpose white flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 dairy-free dark chocolate bar(100 g), chopped

how-to:
-in a big bowl, pour the melted coconut oil and to that, add the brown sugar, plant based milk and vanilla extract. Mix well until the sugar has completely broken down and you end up with a liquid caramel-like texture
-in a different bowl, mix the dry ingredients such as flour, baking soda and salt. Using a strainer, slowly keep adding flour to the liquid mixture.
-after you've added all the flour and mixed everything well, you should get a cookie dough that you can easily form little cookies from
-final step here is adding the chopped chocolate- so, add the chocolate, mix well and start scooping out little cookies
-place them on a baking paper in a pan and before baking, leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes, so that all the flavors sink in
-preheat your oven at 180 degrees and bake your cookies for 20 minutes/ until slightly golden
leave them to cool for at least an hour and then eat them all in one go(jk, tho.)

I'm so happy these cooking turned out as good as they did and even happier that I have a new favorite recipe I'll be binge making from now on. I really hope you try these, because they really do make your life a bit better!
